- Get 2 lbs pork shoulder
- Make ready 1 orange
- Prepare 1-2 jalapeños
- Prepare 2-4 cloves garlic

- Make ready 1 tbsp cumin
- Prepare 1 tbsp oregano
- Take 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Prepare to taste Salt & pepper
- Take Extra virgin olive oil

- Cook on low 8-10 hrs. If there's a fat cap on pork, I put that side up. If a lot of fat, may need to remove this after cooking
