  2. Take 200 grams grams Sliced Pancetta

Steps to make Bruschetta:
  1. Slice Bread stick on angle so that the size can be easily hand held.
  2. In a non stick pan on a low heat fry 3 of the Quail eggs for 1 serve to your liking
  3. Whille eggs are slowly cooking, toast bread and quarter cherry tomatoes
  4. When bread is slightly golden wrap each piece a slice of panetta.
  5. Place cherry tomatoes on bread as well as some goats cheese
  6. Decorate plate with balsamic glaze and place your Bruschettas on the plate
  7. Add your eggs, Extra virgin olive oil and mocroherbs, if you like place a little more goats cheese around the plate
